Career Counseling

I like to start with psychoeducation because it is important to understand the what and why of your experience. I do this by first helping you explore your symptoms, feelings, thoughts and triggers. I then use a strong base of cognitive behavioral therapy along with mindfulness techniques such as breathwork, meditation, and compassion-based training to help you feel better while working toward a more healthy state of being.
